FAQ's - Everything You Need to Know !!

Where do you ship from, and how long does shipping take?

Our patches ship from Springfield, Oregon, and typically take 1-3 days to process before being shipped. Shipping times may vary based on your location.

What types of patches do you specialize in?

We focus on chenille and sequin patches, offering expert recommendations, pressing instructions, and care tips to help you apply and maintain them beautifully.

How do I properly press chenille or sequin patches?

Chenille and sequin patches require specific heat and pressure settings to ensure a secure bond without damaging the materials. We provide step-by-step heat press guides to help you get the best results while protecting your garment and patch.

What temperature and pressure should I use for my patches?

For chenille and sequin patches, we recommend using medium to heavy pressure and a temperature of around 330°F for 15 seconds, with a protective Teflon sheet or parchment paper to avoid scorching. For more details, check out our Pressing Instructions page.

Can I wash garments with chenille or sequin patches?

Yes! However, to maintain the patch's quality, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and avoiding high heat in the dryer. If possible, air drying is best.

How do I prevent my patch from peeling or lifting?

Make sure to apply even heat and pressure using a heat press or iron, and always press from the inside of the garment after initial application. This ensures a long-lasting bond.
