Refund & Return Policy

At Bling and Bliss Boutique, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, we have a no return policy unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at blingandblissboutique@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items & gift cards

If you have concerns about whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us before making a request.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the best way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
